Description: 

"Kakigori Cats" is a series of four artworks created in 2023. These lil original paintings on wood illustrate cats as the delicious Japanese shaved ice treat called Kakigori. The four arts depict the different flavors served at Soen, this one is the 'matcha, red bean and mochi' flavor. 

PLEASE NOTE: Purchase in the shop or here online. Ideally the artwork will stay on display until Thursday, December 21st. If you are purchasing this as a holiday gift and are in Portland, you can pick up the artwork on December 21st (it will be packaged and ready for you). Please use code PICKUP for no shipping charge, and email me at paperpuffinshop@gmail.com with any questions. If you are out of state, please email me so we can work out the best delivery schedule. ( artwork will NOT arrive before Christmas)

Details: 

+ media: gouache and acrylic paint, uv matte varnish + signed in pencil on front of artwork

+ artwork size: 3 x 3 x 1/8" |  frame size approx: 5x7”

+ frame: IKEA frame and spacers, fitted with UV Conservation Clear glass. The artwork is mounted with archival tape to a soft white archival mat board, and floats 1/2" back from the glass. Frame backing has sawtooth hanger and easel stand. 

+ shipping: wrapped and shipped securely. Original artwork is shipped with insurance and signature confirmation required. Sorry, no PO Boxes or international shipping.
